1. PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing time may be extended.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

3. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

4. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

5. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  • To avoid delivery issues, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Luissa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package.

7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it.
